– Vitamin C: for the immune system and skin health
– Potassium: helps to regulate blood pressure
– Vitamin K1: helps the blood to clot
– Folate: important for tissue growth and cell function
I love tomatoes in so many ways. I like them alone, with hummus, roasted, grilled, as soup or in a salad

Vegetables.

Turnip
– Vitamin C
– Folate
– Phosphorus: helps to maintain normal acid balance, supports growth and aids calcium to develop healthy bones and teeth
– Calcium: needed for the body to take on vitamins to develop healthy bones and teeth
– Vitamin K
Add cubes of turnip with roast vegetables, as mash or even thinly slice and bake them like crisps
