Yuzu fruit
– Vitamin C: for both skin health and the immune system
– Vitamin A: great for eye health
– Thiamine: helps to convert food into energy
– Vitamin B6: regulates emotions (serotonin, dopamine and GABA)
– Vitamin B5: helps to make blood cells and convert food into energy
– Copper: allows the body to maintain healthy bones, blood vessels, nerves and immune function
It’s a Japanese fruit that tends to be used within sauces, pastes, powers and tea. So look out for it within food products

Vegetables.

– Manganese: an essential vitamin for the functioning of your brain and nervous system
– Magnesium: needed to help maintain normal nerve and muscle function
– Thiamine
– Copper
– Folate: for cell function and tissue growth
– Potassium: helps to regulate blood pressure, it also helps with bloating
Suprisingly, they aren’t actually the same as sweet potatoes but can be used in a similar way. Make into wedges, mash them or even make into a puree
