Mexican food is my favourite type of food. There’s spice, lots of beans, plenty of bread, rice and just pure yumminess. There’s nothing I could want more from a cuisine.
For me guacamole is the one thing that can be added to any of these dishes to make it pop. From chilli, to tacos, to a burrito guac is essential. So I thought why not tell you how I make mine. It’s really simple but super delicious.
♡ An avocado
♡ Half a red onion
♡ 1/4 teaspoon of chilli flakes
♡ 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
♡ A dash of Himalayan sea salt and pepper to taste
With all these ingredients I pop them in a quick chop and blend them all together to get the perfect guac. Depending on the dish, I’ll either make it super smooth or a bit chunky.
